Bellisimos Loyalty Scheme & Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1.
The Bellisimos Rewards Loyalty Card scheme is promoted by Bellisimos Academy Ltd.
Office 34, New House, 67-68 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8JY, registered in England & Wales.

In these terms and conditions, the term “Bellisimos” refers to both Bellisimos Aesthetics
Clinics & Bellisimos Training Academy(s).
3.
The Loyalty Card scheme is open to participation for our existing patients and all new
patients who register their details with Bellisimos.
4.
The Loyalty Card scheme enables our patients to collect rewards from the purchase of
treatments at Bellisimos and redeem them against treatments at our clinics.
5.
For every £15 spent with Bellisimos you will receive 15 credits in loyalty rewards which can
be used towards future treatments. Each point has a worth of 5% of £1
6.
All Bellisimos Rewards Cards belong to Bellisimos Academy LTD.
7.
The Bellisimos Rewards scheme is valid only at Bellisimos clinics in the UK and Europe.
8.
You must be 18 years of age to apply for and use a Bellisimos Rewards card.
9.
We do not issue additional cards on your account.
10.
Bellisimos reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate if we have good
reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme, including withholding rewards previously
credited to your account.
11.
Bellisimos can cancel the scheme or any individual card / account at any time if
circumstances make this unavoidable.
12.
We reserve the right to modify the terms & conditions of the scheme if, in the promoter’s
judgement, circumstances make this necessary. We will always give notice of changes and, in
particular, we will display notices in clinic etc.
13.
DATA PROTECTION: We will never give your personal details to anyone outside Bellisimos
without your consent. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant
and personalised offers and information and advice.
14.
You will receive rewards for your card when you make qualifying purchases on treatments
and products at the rate displayed (and from time to time changed) at Bellisimos clinics and
on our website –

15.
From time to time the number of rewards issued may vary between qualifying purchases for
promotional purchases.
16.
From time to time it may be possible to accumulate rewards through means other than
purchase of treatments. (E.g. referring a friend or taking part in patient questionnaires). We
will endeavour to advise you of these, but they will also be published on our website.
17.
Rewards will usually be added to your card account immediately at the time you pay for
treatments or products from us. You must present your card or details to your Patient Care
Co-ordinator when booking, or prior to undergoing your treatment in order for rewards to be
credited.
18.
No rewards can be added for any treatments booked or already in progress at the time of
joining.
19.
For each transaction you make that accumulates rewards you will have a period of 24
months to redeem them. Should you not have done so within that timeframe, they will be
deducted from your rewards balance
20.
If your card is lost, stolen or destroyed we will issue a new one and your rewards balance will
be unaffected.
21.
You cannot make a partial payment towards treatments or products using accrued reward
points. You must have the requisite number of rewards to redeem them against the
treatments or products you choose. Once you choose and book a treatment, the
corresponding number of rewards will be deducted from your balance.
22.
The scheme is strictly for treatments or products retailed in Bellisimos clinics.
23.
Bellisimos reserves the right to substitute or remove products and treatments at any time.
24.
You can only spend your accrued rewards in consultation with your Bellisimos co-ordinator
who will advise you if the treatment(s) or products you choose are appropriate to your
circumstances and medical/case history. Rewards are only redeemable at point of sale at
Bellisimos.
25.
Your card rewards cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
26.
If you decide to cancel a course of treatments or return a product (bought as a normal
monetary transaction), any rewards accrued from the treatment will be deducted from your
next statement.
27.
If you buy a course of treatments using rewards you have accrued and cancel the course
after the first treatment, we will re-credit your account with a pro-rata number of rewards.
No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
28.
Loyalty Card Scheme is not to be used in conjunction with DPAS or any other offer.
29.
No credits will be added to your account for the treatments purchased using previously
accumulated credits.
30.
Double discounts are not accepted, this includes Bellisimos Model Prices. Loyalty points are not accepted in conjunction with any other offers with Bellisimos.
31.
Minimum amount for patients to spend before receiving loyalty points during each separate transaction is £199

Free Treatment or Money Back Guarantee

The term ‘Free Treatment’ relates to a re-treatment as originally administered by Bellisimos. The client can opt to have additional treatment but this will be chargeable. The term ‘Money Back’ or ‘Credit Back’ specifically relates to the client’s treatment cost. This does not include any additional costs such as
travelling expenses.
Exclusion
Some treatments are excluded from our guarantee, this could be because of a few reasons, for example, lengthy treatment plan or simple the treatment can’t be guaranteed as your face/body may not accept the treatment. We recommend you contact us to confirm if your treatment is guaranteed prior to your treatment and always check your consultation form that you sign, to make sure it states your treatment is guaranteed.
if your treatment is guaranteed, following your treatment you will receive a receipt following your treatment which will include a tracker item/ to confirm the guarantee. Any treatments we complete outside of our head office location, including treatments sold at any location fallout side of our guarantee. Our price list can be found via www.bellisimos.co.uk/prices.

Please note, if your treatment is not guaranteed then no refund will be given as we can’t guarantee the desired result.

Each client may claim up to the value of 50% of the (eligible) treatment cost, to the value of £499.00
Maximum of one treatment per claim per person, per 12 months. Claims only refunded if eligible on review.

  • Treatments or products purchased via Loyalty Points Card

The SculptraTM and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma / Vampire or Dracula) as treatment is excluded from this guarantee, as evidence of initial results may exceed a six week period.

Money Off Voucher

This voucher can be used in any of the Bellisimos clinics. Bellisimos vouchers are the property of Bellisimos Academy Ltd. and have no cash redemption value, are not for re-sale or publication and are valid in the UK and Europe only. Copied, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted (at management’s discretion). Each voucher can only be used once and by the person to whom they are issued. Vouchers can be exchanged for treatments or goods offered by Bellisimos, equivalent to their face value or a higher value on payment of the difference. Age restrictions apply to certain treatments and products. Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion with Bellisimos.

Model Prices & Model Days

Due to the nature of being a model or receiving any treatments sold at a discounted (including model prices), you will not receive any additional benefits, rewards or discounts, including but not limited to free or refundable consultations, loyalty scheme, money back guarantee, refund or other. This includes the tutor , practitioner or student delivering the treatment.

External Treatments

Although prices may charge normal pricing or bespoke pricing we follow the same guidelines as stated in “Model Prices &  Model Days”
